For those unable to attend in person...



If you were one of the millions across the world watching the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Thanksgiving Service on the television today you will (like me) have missed the full musical treat those attending the service at St. Paul's Cathedral would have heard. The music, some of it transcribed for organ or for military band, was much as you would expect - lots of British music and a few German classics  There were some pleasing (French) surprises though.
